BRITAIN’S Got Talent finalist Damien O’Brien has revealed he was rushed to hospital after suffering a horrifying injury that could potentially leave him blind. The magician, who appeared on Britain’s Got Talent in 2020, shared the news on Instagram.
Damien informed fans that he was starting the New Year in A&E and said: “Thank you to everyone for the messages. “So last night I managed to burn about 60-70% off a layer of my cornea.
“I’m ok but in a lot of pain. Likely to have some permanent vision damage. “Again thank you for the well wishes.”
Damien did not disclose how he sustained the severe injury to his eye. In 2020, Damien made it to the Britain’s Got Talent final thanks to his impressive tricks.
