Harry and Meghan’s home on brink of ‘extreme danger zone’ in worrying update

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may be forced to leave their home as wildfires continue to devastate the Los Angeles area.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were seen consoling victims affected by the fires over the weekend, but they now face the possibility of evacuation themselves. Their home in Montecito has been placed under a red flag warning due to hurricane-force winds heading towards the area, putting their £24 million mansion at serious risk.

The Montecito Fire Department has warned that the strong winds, expected to intensify today, could cause flames to “grow rapidly” and “behave erratically.” Residents have been advised to “be ready to evacuate” if necessary. This means that Harry and Meghan, who only recently opened their doors to evacuees and loved ones, may now have to leave their own home.

It is understood that Harry and Meghan are prepared to evacuate Montecito with their two young children if needed. Sources suggest they are ready to go into “crisis mode.” Reports from last week indicated that the couple’s security team had already been coordinating an evacuation plan and packing essentials for their children, Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three.
