A man believed to be armed with an axe has injured four people after allegedly attacking passengers on board a moving train in Germany.
Police said the incident occurred on the ICE 91 train en route to Vienna, Austria, at approximately 1.55pm local time.
Emergency services, including police and fire crews, have been deployed to the scene.
According to German newspaper BILD, the attacker is believed to be a Syrian national.
