A YOUNG woman has reportedly been “raped” in a park as police launch a probe urging members of the public to help find the “attacker”.
Detectives were called after a woman in her 20s reported being raped at Hotham Park in Bognor Regis between 11.10pm on 20 April and 12.45am on 21 April.
Police have requested that anyone with information that could assist their enquiries come forward.
The local force has also increased its presence to reassure residents following the report.
An investigation is underway and it is believed the incident does not pose a greater risk to members of the public, according to police.
